Made from conductive carbon-infused polyurethane (PU) leather, this durable mat is designed for everyday use while working, studying, gaming, or relaxing. Simply connect the included grounding cord to a properly grounded outlet and place your hands, feet, or body on the smooth conductive surface for a convenient grounding experience.

Important Information
For the best grounding connection, place the mat with the smooth leatherette side facing upward. Direct skin contact is recommended whenever possible. If wearing socks or clothing, thin cotton socks or other natural fiber materials are recommended to help maintain grounding contact.
This versatile mat is ideal for use under your hands while working at a computer, beneath your feet while seated, on an office chair, or as a grounding mouse pad.

Washing & Care
- Wipe clean using a soft cloth with warm water (40°C / 105°F).
- Allow to air dry completely before reuse.
- Do not soak in water.
- Do not machine wash or machine dry.

- Do not use detergents containing strong fragrances or essential oils.

Last night I used a multimeter to test the mat. Sure enough, if I stand or sit on the mat, the voltage goes down to 0 from around 1.4. Even sitting on the mat with my jeans on, the voltage still goes down to 0. I purchased two Grounding Conductive Carbon Mat for Computer 10x12in for my classroom. I have a sitting desk where I do admin type tasks on a desktop and I have a standing desk where I demonstrate math problems to my students, so I didn’t want to keep moving the mat back and forth 20x per day. I do take one mat home at th end of the day for any computer work I have to do at home. I can’t say that I feel better at the end of the school day, but the voltage meter doesn’t lie.

It was a gift for my sister. She works at home in front of 2 large computer screens n tablet. She was loosing sleep by not being able to go at a decent hour. She’s grounding with it under her feet for an hour n 7 hours under her keyboard about 6 days now. She’s been going to bed by midnight which is an improvement. Hoping in a week or so she notices a bigger improvement. Then I would give it 5 stars.
I haven’t had the chance to use it yet (it’s a Christmas gift), but the item was shipped extremely quickly! The owner was also very helpful is helping me a decision between two sizes.
