The hat is nice and soft and well made, but I will probably use it more in winter as our summers in Florida are really hot.

i like the material alot, so hat is quite long , wish it was a bit thicker though, the fit is great and can be folded over to fit better..hope the cost goes down ! .hopefully it can be washed by hand easily about every mo. as i wear mine day and night… thank you!

I love this hat. I got it to wear at night for the EMF protection, but also to keep my long hair in check. It is made of a lightweight fabric, pleasant gray color, and just the right tightness to stay on all night. I wore it last night for the first time and I forgot it was on until I woke up – refreshed after a solid night’s sleep.

Many EMF products shield the chest or body but with electromagnetic sensitivity, the head is often forgotten yet it is affected just as much. This hat is light, roomy, not like “normal tight fitting winter beanies.” I can even wear this to bed without feeling constrained. Highly recommend!!

I have Meniere’s Disease and had been reading that reducing EMF exposure might help my insomnia associated with it. It has not reduced the tinnitus, but that probably is just damage from my entire life of ear infections. I will say that the cap reduces the feeling of brain irritation that I have at night. I have been wearing it for about 3 nights now. I go to sleep more easily. I still wake up in the night, so maybe longer term time will help me see if the cap aids in reducing insomnia.

Word on the street was they helped with tinnitus so we gave it a try. The response she gave me after a couple weeks was yes she has not had it get as intense as it has at times and much more manageable.
That is great Brian! Tinnitus seems to be a common issue amongst EHS individuals. Even though Shielding or Grounding, the waves from the frequencies do not go away. They are still around your body, just not as much skin penetration. The sound does not stop. A more extreme measure would be a enclosed faraday room, but this environment would not allow for any devices and electricity. Complete enclosure. Sadly, there are individuals who have to do this.
