Processing time:
- Most items are shipped within 1-3 days if in stock. 2-Door Circular and Square Canopies take approx. 7-10 days for production when ordered. On occasion, 1-Door Circular Canopies can take 7-10 days for production, but we do try to keep back-stock on hand for quick delivery.
- Some fabric ordered in large quantities will take 2 weeks, however, we do carry a few rolls of 25m and 50m to ship out immediately. You should receive in 3-5 days. Feel free to email if you are concerned about in stock or delivery time. redemptionshield@gmail.com.
- Most smaller items we keep back-stock on hand so they will be shipped out quickly but we do ask for your patience if we may have to stock more items.
- We do our very best to get orders in the mail asap.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- North America: 2-4 business days
- Everywhere Else: 4-10 business days
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time may depend on the shipping method you choose. We use express shipping whenever possible, in the USA.
Duties & Taxes VAT:
International customers, outside the USA, duties and taxes will be, in most cases, collected from you at the time of delivery. (Each Country is Unique in Process) We are unsure of the costs, so you can look up (home decor) at:

Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 30-day return window with the following guidelines:

30-Day Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your items, as long as they are unused and unwashed, in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to canopies returned within the 30-day period. We recommend testing your canopy soon after you receive it, so you can make a quick decision about keeping it.

Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please provide return tracking within 7 days of notifying us about your return.

Refunds and Shipping Charges:
Please note that the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, even if shipping was provided free of charge. -
Exclusions: We do not accept returns on cut fabric, customized products, or used/washed items, including those with pet hair, smoke odor, or any damage.
