- Most items are shipped within 1-3 days if in stock. 2-Door Circular and Square Canopies take approx. 7-10 days for production when ordered. On occasion, 1-Door Circular Canopies can take 7-10 days for production, but we do try to keep back-stock on hand for quick delivery
- Some fabric ordered in large quantities will take 2 weeks, however, we do carry a few rolls of 25m and 50m to ship out immediately. You should receive in 3-5 days. Feel free to email if you are concerned about in stock or delivery time. firstname.lastname@example.org
- Most smaller items we keep back-stock on hand so they will be shipped out quickly but we do ask for your patience if we may have to stock more items
- We do our very best to get orders in the mail asap
Estimated shipping times:
- North America: 2-4 business days
- Everywhere Else: 4-10 business days
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time may depend on the shipping method you choose. We use express shipping whenever possible, in the USA.
Duties & Taxes VAT:
If you reside outside the USA, be aware duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations for most items. It is our goal to offer an outstanding customer experience. In an effort to serve you better, the following policies apply:
- (No Refunds on Cut Fabric and Customized Products by Customer Request) 10% Restocking fee on Canopies returned within 30 days
- All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipping date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Notify RedemptionShield within: 30 days of receiving your items at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Ship items back within: 5 days of notification
Conditions of Return:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping will be subtracted from total refund, if shipping was free
- We do not accept returns on used items with pet hair, human hair, or spots, items with the smell of smoke. No returns on cut fabric or used bed sheets
- If items are damaged in any way, they will be sent back to the customer with no refund. We do our best to offer a wonderful customer experience
