Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Canopy Production Time
Many canopies are made to order and require approximately 7–9 business days for production.
Most Circular Canopies are kept in stock and typically ship faster, depending on availability.

Fabric Orders
Large fabric orders may take 7–9 business days to process. However, we often keep select rolls (25m and 50m) in stock and ready to ship right away.
If your fabric is in stock, delivery is typically 3–5 business days.
We do our very best to get every order shipped out as quickly as possible.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped:
North America: 2–4 business days
Everywhere Else: 4–10 business days
We do our best to meet these estimates, but delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the method selected.
Within the USA, we use express shipping whenever possible.
Duties, Taxes & VAT (International Orders)
For customers outside the USA, duties and taxes are typically collected at the time of delivery. (Each country has its own process and fees.)
