I bought the Grounding Computer Mat for my son and hubby. have been using it. It is important to ground. Loving the grounding mat. feel calmer! everyone should get a grounding mat. I even bought the grounding mat for the bed and love it. Having better sleep. Should have bought one long time ago but was researching for a good one. And i found Redemption Shield. I can’t say if i have had any health benefits from the grounding mat since I have only started using it. I can say that the material is very comfortable to stand on or sit on and the grounding cord is extra long which is great! I will know more about health benefits once I get into a routine of use.

I use it mainly for my feet at this point while I lounge. It keeps me calm and at the same time energized. I like it. I will need to try it under my computer or my router some time in the future or I may just invest in one of those covers for my router for when I go to sleep at night. Thank you.
