We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 30-day return window with the following guidelines:

  • 30-Day Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your items, as long as they are unused and unwashed, in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to canopies returned within the 30-day period. We recommend testing your canopy soon after you receive it, so you can make a quick decision about keeping it.

  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please provide return tracking within 7 days of notifying us about your return.

  • Refunds and Shipping Charges:
    Please note that the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, even if shipping was provided free of charge.

  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns on cut fabriccustomized products, or used/washed items, including those with pet hair, smoke odor, or any damage.
