Return Eligibility (30 Days)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are returned in clean, re-sellable condition.

We understand you may need to open and inspect your item to make sure it’s the right fit. Returns are accepted as long as the item is returned in clean, unused, re-sellable condition, free from pet hair, smoke odor, stains, or damage.

 

Restocking Fee (Canopies Only)

A 5% restocking fee applies to canopy returns only within the 30-day return period.
Because canopies require careful inspection, preparation, and repackaging to ensure they are ready for resale, this fee helps cover the labor involved in returning the item to like-new condition for the next customer.

We recommend inspecting your canopy shortly after delivery so you can make a decision quickly.

 

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds & Shipping Charges

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable

  • If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will still be deducted from your refund

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Cut fabric

  • Customized products

  • Items with pet hair, smoke odor, stains, or damage
