If you would like something to completely cover a queen or king size bed, the 35% silver flat sheet fabric would work well under a fitted sheet or the stainless steel fabric.

Proper Placement:
- Bed Mats have a shiny side and a cloth side… the shiny side should be facing upward, toward your body. The snap is placed on the shiny side and is also facing upward toward your body. Place only a thin cotton or natural fiber fitted sheet over the bed mat to maintain ground contact.
Washing and Care Instructions:
- Wipe down with with warm water by hand

A couple of things; did you get to check that you had the correct side facing up as explained in the brochure? Was the grounding outlet checked to ensure proper grounding? The mat is very easy to put on my mattress. I am sleeping much better, and my cat whose opinion I value, loves to take naps on my bed!

I have definitely seen a difference in the quality of my sleep. Poor quality sleep has continued to plague me as I get older. I was talking to a fellow Reiki practitioner and telling her how exhausted Iโve become and that pain had become a constant issue often waking me. She suggested the earthing bed mat for better sleep as Reiki masters we are very sensitive to random energies. What a difference! The quality of my sleep is much improved! Yay! Ty!

i bought one grounding earthing bed mat for myself and now i bought another one for my sister for her birthday. So i will give it to her. Can’t really report how she like it but i know she will as i did. I have been sleeping with the mat on my bed for sometime now and i have better sleep. I will report back on how my sister likes it. She always wanted a mat and didnt know where to buy one so she will be thrilled i bought her one from Redemption Shield. I love Redemption Shield. Won’t buy from somewhere else. Wow!!! First night I used this mat, my body temperature went down to normal for the first time in years. I am literally being boiled by all the cell towers around my house. I heard about RS on the pimp cast. I need help with sleep and got it. I still wake up during the night but when I am asleep it is deep! I feel rested finally. My 85 year old mother had EXTREMELY freezing hands ALWAYS and extremely HBP. The very first night she used the grounding mat was amazing!
