Been using it about a month under my bare feet in bed, completely changed my sleep profile, I’ve never slept better, and felt better after getting up.. also sleeping less hours because the quality of the sleep is so good. Tested with a multimeter in several environments – my body has about 6 Volts all the time, when I contact the mat it drops down to around 0.3 Volts. Thanks for a great product!
