Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. All canopies returned for whatever reason will be charged a 10% restocking fee. We must do many things to resell this product and it takes hours of work.
It is our goal to offer an outstanding customer experience. In an effort to serve you better and have a fair business relationship, we cannot offer refunds on the following items:
- (No Refunds on Cut Fabric, Used Bed Sheets, and Customized Products by Customer Request)
- Notify RedemptionShield within: 30 days of receiving your items at: email@example.com
- Ship items back within: 5 days of notification
Conditions of Return:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping will be subtracted from total refund, if shipping was free
- We do not accept returns on used items with pet hair, human hair, or spots, items with the smell of smoke. No returns on cut fabric or used bed sheets.
- If items are damaged in any way, they will be sent back to the customer with no refund
